Refund Policy
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Payments via Paddle
All purchases on U2C are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle issues the invoice for your purchase and processes any refunds back to your original payment method. Refund requests can be made to us directly or to Paddle.
2. Subscriptions (Pro / Max)
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. After cancelling, you keep access and remaining monthly credits until the end of the current billing period; no further charges occur.
- If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the charge. If little or none of that period's credits were used, we will issue a full refund of that charge.
- Partially used billing periods are generally not refunded pro-rata, except where required by law.
3. Credit Packs (one-time purchases)
- A credit pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
- Once credits from a pack have been consumed, the pack is non-refundable, because AI generation costs are incurred immediately.
4. Service Faults
If a technical fault on our side consumed your credits without delivering a generation, contact us — we will restore the lost credits, or refund the corresponding purchase if you prefer.
5. EU/UK Consumers
By starting to use paid features (consuming credits), you request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day withdrawal right to the extent the service has been performed. Unused purchases remain refundable as described above. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email noreply@u2c.dev from your account email with the transaction ID (shown in your Paddle receipt email). We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds are processed by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
