Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of U2C — UI To Code ("U2C", "we", "us"), an AI-powered service that generates user interfaces and source code from text prompts and images. By creating an account or using U2C you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

U2C lets you generate UI designs and front-end code using AI models. Generation consumes credits. Output quality is probabilistic: we do not guarantee that any generation will be correct, complete, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated code before using it in production.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use U2C.
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to obtain extra free credits.

4. Plans, Credits and Billing

• U2C offers a Free plan, paid subscriptions (Pro, Max), and one-time credit packs.
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, taxes, and payment data. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit-pack credits are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices or plan features with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

5. Your Content and Generated Output

• You retain ownership of the prompts, images, and other inputs you submit.
• Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use generated code and designs for personal or commercial purposes.
• You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Generations on the Free plan may be publicly visible; paid plans include private generations.
• Because AI output may be similar across users, we cannot guarantee exclusivity of any generated output.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use U2C for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
• generate malware, phishing pages, or content intended to deceive or harm;
• attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, or security measures, or scrape/reverse-engineer the service;
• resell or provide automated access to the service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

U2C relies on third-party AI model providers and infrastructure. Their availability affects ours. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits.

9. Termination

You may stop using U2C and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited except where a refund is required by law or by our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
